I'm not happy. Not one bit. So Pete told me the other day about American Idol in Sweden, which is just called Idol over there. Anywho, right now, they have open call for submission for anyone who couldn't go the actual auditions. Which, obviously, was kinda hard for me. I was here in Hollywood.

So I recorded myself doing my new upcoming single Hollywood, filled out the form, and sent in my video. I told all my family to check out the website where it was gonna appear. I waited for days. Nothing. Nada. Zip.

I'll tell you what's going on here - Digital Artist Prejudice! They are actively working against us! Do we not deserve the same rights and opportunities like everyone else? Are we so different. Anywho, it's their loss. Gosh darnit, I'm so hopping mad I could tip a cow.

Anyway, now that I've calmed down, I uploaded the video to youtube and voila! Here it is. I think I could've gone far. The finals at least. But we'll never know, now will we. All thanks to them dirty rotten digital artist haters over at TV4 in Sweden. I told grampa. He's not happy. He might be stopping by.

Just saying.

For a moment there I got worried, thinking they hadn't brought us back for the third installment. Made me so happy when I remembered ;)

We do have some pride, so don't expect to see us in any prequels. /Goob Crew

Whoah, it must've slipped my mind, but apparently me, gramps, Two Guns and Marylou Anne were all in Star Wars Episode IV... =)

Pretty nifty, huh? Made it over at Jib Jab where you just get a photo and upload it. Actually managed to find one of Grampa when he was younger and didn't have a beard. Think he just got back from Vietnam in that picture. Guess he's always looked kinda old hehe. Also realized I have sorta of weird head shape, had to distort my face a little bit to get it to fit. Hope you liked it =)

Looked at the pictures on my phone the other day, and boy did that jog some memories. Some really good ones. And some pretty weird ones. I remembered walking back home with Maylou out on the Sunset Strip. We'd closed down the Saddle Ranch which is her favorite place I think.  Reminds her of home, I guess.

Anywho, from out of nowhere, a guy in a white van asked us about chicken 'n' waffles. Where to get 'em, I mean. He had glasses and a scruffy beard, and I remembered what Grampa told me about sickos and their affinity towards vans, them being the best vehicle for killings and whatnot. And it being white is also important since it symbolizes purity and helps lure your prey in. Or so Gramps tell me.

Well, I wanted to walk away from there, but when he mentioned chicken and waffles, I think my head exploded in the culinary memory of Southern cooking at its finest. Maylou, she ain't never really understood what's so good about it. Weird, I know, then again she's from Texas. Anywho, we started talking with this guy and before you know it, me and Maylou are in the van heading to a hotel. But don't worry! It turns out he, and the rest of the guys in the van, were in a band. And they just played at the Whisky a Go Go! Before we knew it, we were at this dinky hotel on Beverly Blvd.

So me and Maylou end up drinking a whole lot of Vodka Cranberries. Well, I didn't partake myself, but since it's Maylou's favorite drink, she had quite a few. Then it all got kinda a blurry. I did find a shot of me and a very angry looking Korean guy in a white suit and name tag that read S. Kim. I think he might have been the manager trying kick us out. Then there is one of me picking up an empty beer can with a huge grin. Then one of Mr. Kim outside the window, screaming and holding the back of his head. Then I'm in the car with Maylou, Rosalyn and Forrest. That's Forrest the guy, who write songs and sings in the band. Sort of our band called the Goob Crew. Not sure how that came about.

Anyway, Forrest was a great guy and we got to talking. That's me and Forrest in picture above, btw. We both being song writer and singers, we figured it might be cool to do a collaboration some day. Wouldn't that be something!

Oh, and Forrest Day the band, well I reckon they are about the best thing I've heard in a long time. I don't know how to describe them, other than very good. Pete said he was gonna put the guns on me if I play the song About Time one more time. But it’s just so darn good! Here's their site: http://www.forrestday.com. Seems everybody's on the Internet these days, go figure.

Feel the free everybody!!

I've just gotten out of the studio with Two Guns, Hin Zane, me and even Mary Lou Anne. It's lotsa fun and we've got some new stuff. It's not done yet but we think it sounds pretty good so far. It's called Hollywood, cause, you know, we live there and all.

Any feedback you guys have will be appreciated! The real deal should be out sometime in the future!

*Edit*  We took down the song cause we have a new mix of it. A better mix! And we're gonna release it for real very soon. Thanks for all your emails! Your feedback made the song even better!

Feel the free! /Goob

Holy Cow. Streamy Craft Awards. Red carpet. Celebrities. Trophies everywhere. One in my hand.

The night started out in regular fashion. Got lost a couple of times before showing up a little late. It wasn’t easy finding Barsndall Gallery Theater. Had I known it was inside Barnsdall Park, I wouldn’t have walked past it all those times.

Once I got there, I was in heaven. There was a red carper and everything. I got to do an interview and people were taking my picture from every which angle. I did alright though, wasn’t that nervous at all. Pretty easy actually. It’s spelled Open Bar, I believe.

The actual ceremony was fantastic. People were cheering. Some were winning. Everybody was having a great time. Then it happened … Drunk guy crashed the event. I know what you’re thinking but no, it wasn’t me. Some other fellow must have found the open bar a few too many times and decided to take the stage. He was talking to the crowd for a good 3 minutes while being heckled by the host the entire time. Security did show up and removed him eventually. I guess they thought it was part of the show. It was kinda funny, after all.

Then it got time for “Best Animation in a Web Series”. All these great shows were announced and then me – The Goob. I almost fainted when I heard all people cheering when they called it out.

Not sure what happened next. I guess I must have gone up and gotten the award, because the next thing I know, I was standing outside on the red carpet getting my picture taken by all these people. I had the trophy in my hand. And a beer in the other. Guess I must have found that open bar again.

Man, this is awesome. Greatest night ever and I’m still going strong. Thank you Streamys. Thank you all the fans. One more shot and The Goob will have left the building!

Feel the Free. /Goob

P.S. I hope I didn’t drink too much and my Grampa side came out. I realized I blacked out before I heard who won. If someone is missing a trophy, give me a call. I’m gonna have to check the papers tomorrow to see what happened.

What I’m about to tell you is what I’ve managed to piece together so far. I’ve asked around, but no one seems to be willing to tell me what actually happened. I can’t really blame them though.

Apparently, it all took place during the last day of the shoot for my music video. I remember Jesse popped into the studio. Then it got time to perform ‘Catch the Pig’, and we all know how that went down. After the accident, I blacked out and can’t remember anything. I thought I was taken to the hospital … Guess not. The picture ‘Two Guns’ found while cleaning up at the set, well, it speaks a thousand dirty, sick, gut-wrenchingly twisted words.

I feel violated.

I shudder to think what the point of all this was. After seeing that other lady’s pictures, Ms. Bombfellonme or whatnot, a very disturbing image has emerged.

Now there was nothing wrong with Jesse being at the shoot. See, my manager Al has got a thing for bikes and he was getting one from Jesse. Al said he was working on something that would get him a really great deal. Jesse hung around all day and seemed to be a big fan. I couldn’t have been happier. Now, not so much.

Fortunately, it must’ve all been temporary ink, cause when I woke up in bed the next day, it was all gone. I remember wobbling in pain to the bathroom and looking in the mirror. Other than the “mark” I somehow got that night in Vegas, my skin was like a newborn.

But I can’t really wrap my head around it. Now, I’m not gonna play coy, I know I’m good-looking. But Jesse is married to perhaps the most beautiful woman alive for Pete’s sake! Mrs. Sandra sure is a mighty fine lady; a proper lady. Maybe Jesse was dropped on his head as a child, like I think Grampa must’ve been.

Of course, I can’t be sure of any of this and anything is possible I guess. I always did want to draw. But one should not dwell on the past.

In some lighter news, Al got his new bike. And at a 50% discount no less. I’m happy for him, could have happened to a greater guy.

Feel the free everybody. And remember, if you’re gonna catch the pig, wear pads or make sure Mr. biker-man is nowhere around.

It's finally here! My new single and music video on EMI Music. Audio outfit RamPac did the remix and I gotta say it turned out pretty darn danceble if I do say so myself. It was a blast making the video and I hope you all enjoy it. Turn the volume up and press play!

You can also listen to it on Spotify and iTunes.

I hope you all are liking the new website. As a first video post on this new and improved thing of beauty, here's something from last weeks video shoot for my new music video coming out March 22nd. It's not been easy, let me tell you.

My manager Al's been directing the video and he's ... well, let's just say he's not always playing with a full deck. Or at least he's playing a game I ain't never heard of. He's got me doing all sorts of crazy things.

Anyway, I hope you enjoy the clip and the sneak preview of the new song and much as I'm still hurting from it.
